At Anna Design we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your online shopping experience and be excited by your purchases. However, we are a small business. 

We do not exchange, refund or give credit notes for Change of Mind purchases. We do not exchange any sale items.

If the item is not available or repairable, we will give you a credit note to the value of your purchase. 

We will only accept faulty product claims within 1 month of purchase.
